This shipping framework explains order processing, serviceability, charges, tracking and delivery support for ELEMENT-O orders across India.
1. Order processing
Orders move to fulfilment after the required payment confirmation or COD acceptance, depending on the selected payment method. Processing can take longer during launches, sale periods, weekends, public holidays, stock checks or unusual order volumes.
2. Delivery serviceability
ELEMENT-O is designed for pan-India ecommerce, but delivery depends on the selected courier and pin-code serviceability. A location can become temporarily unavailable because of weather, operational restrictions or courier conditions.
3. Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds and COD fees are shown in the cart or checkout when enabled. The amount displayed before order placement is the commercial reference for that order.
4. Estimated delivery
Any estimated date is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless explicitly stated otherwise. Courier movement can be affected by distance, route availability, local holidays, weather and address issues.
5. Tracking
When courier and AWB information is available, the Track Order page can show the latest stage and tracking reference entered by the team or provided through an integration.
6. Address accuracy
Customers should provide a complete address, correct pin code and reachable mobile number. Requested changes after packing or courier handover may not be possible.
7. Delivery attempt issues
Missed calls, unavailable recipients, restricted locations or incomplete addresses can cause delay or return-to-origin. Keep your contact number reachable around the expected delivery period.
8. Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, reception or security first, then contact Support promptly with the order number so the courier trail can be reviewed.
9. Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged or leaking, preserve the packaging and follow the live Returns & Refunds process with clear evidence.
