How do I choose a fragrance online?
Start with the occasion and the fragrance families you already enjoy. Use Find My Scent, Shop by Notes, Discovery Sets or the fragrance concierge to narrow the choice.
What are top, heart and base notes?
Top notes are the opening, heart notes shape the central character and base notes form much of the longer dry-down.
Which payment methods are available?
Checkout shows the payment methods currently enabled by the store. These may include manual UPI QR, COD and/or an official online payment gateway.
How does manual UPI payment work?
Scan the checkout QR or pay to the displayed UPI ID, then enter the UTR/reference. The order remains On Hold until staff verifies payment in the merchant account.
Will ELEMENT-O ever ask for my UPI PIN or OTP?
No. A UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or OTP is not required to verify an incoming payment or provide customer support.
How do I track my order?
Open Track Order and enter the order number with the billing email or mobile used at checkout. My Account may also show order information for logged-in customers.
Do you deliver across India?
The store is designed for pan-India delivery where the selected courier can service the pin code. Serviceability can change by location or operational conditions.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact Support as quickly as possible. Address changes may not be possible after packing or courier handover.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation is easiest before dispatch. Once an order is handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the live Cancellation Policy will apply.
What if my order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect?
Keep the outer packaging, shipping label and product, then contact Support promptly with your order number and clear evidence so the claim can be reviewed.
Can I return an opened perfume because I do not like the scent?
Fragrance preference is subjective. Opened or used perfume is generally treated differently from an incorrect, damaged or verified product issue. Review the live Returns & Refunds policy before purchase.
What is a Discovery Set?
A Discovery Set lets you wear and compare multiple fragrances before choosing a full-size bottle. It is also useful for travel and gifting.
Can I buy perfume as a gift?
Yes. Explore Gift Sets and Discovery Sets. If gift presentation is enabled at checkout, you can use the available gifting option and message field.
Do you handle corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. Use Corporate Gifting or Support with approximate quantity, budget range, location and required date.
How can I get fragrance advice?
Use Find My Scent or contact the fragrance concierge through Support. Mention the recipient, occasion and notes you usually enjoy.
How should I store perfume?
Keep it away from prolonged heat, direct sunlight and repeated temperature changes. Store upright with the cap closed where possible.
