Cancellation is easiest before an order enters packing or courier handover.
Before packing or dispatch
Contact Support as quickly as possible with the order number. If the order has not entered an irreversible fulfilment stage, the team can review the cancellation request.
After courier handover
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be technically possible. Depending on courier and store rules, the shipment may need to complete its delivery or return-to-origin cycle.
Manual UPI orders
If a manual UPI payment has already been verified, an approved cancellation refund is processed only after the order cancellation is confirmed in the store.
COD orders
Repeated refusal or misuse of COD can affect future COD eligibility where the store applies fraud or risk controls.
Address or product changes
Contact Support immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once stock has been allocated, packing has started or the courier label has been generated.
